We had a home inspection plus Septic and Water tests and was very happy with the care and detail of Ed’s report. It was very thorough! The report had photos of each of the inspection categories that needed to be addressed and was very easy to read and understand. Ed did an excellent job inspecting the house and was quite capable of making us aware of what was important to have repaired, urgently needed, and/or dangerous.
He came on a Saturday, at our convenience, and we had the results professionally done the very next Monday AM, less than 3 days!!!! Thanks Ed!
